Return Policy - Defective Returns (Exchange Only, For Same Item):
We have a standard 30 day Warranty. If this should occur, we will allow an even exchange by sending it back to us. The manufacturer warranty will cover any difficulties in the future.
Please request a Return to Merchant Authorization (RMA) number by emailing help@cartridgesandmore.com Or By calling us at 1-888-726-1711.
Once you have an RMA number, please send the order to cartridgesandmore.com for an exchange. Customer to cover return freight costs.
Returns received without an RMA# will not be processed and will be returned.
Non-Defective Returns (Or Defective Return For A Refund):
We have a standard 14 day money back guarantee, Please request a Return to Merchant Authorization (RMA) number by emailing help@cartridgesandmore.com or by calling us at 1-888-726-1711.
Merchandise must be factory fresh, salable condition, containing all manuals and warranty cards (left unfilled). Customer to cover return freight costs.
If an order is returned in non-salable condition, the return will not be accepted and the merchandise will be returned to the customer. If returned without an RMA number, a restocking fee of 10% may be assessed as determined by cartridgesandmore.com
